Engagement models

Five structures, one rate discipline. Pick the one that moves the risk you are actually trying to move.

01

Project-based crews

Full gangs supplied for the duration of a defined package, with payroll, WPS, HSE, visas and accommodation managed by us. You direct the work; we carry the workforce.

Best for: contractors resourcing a package with a known start and finish.

Billed: per man-month, against client-signed timesheets.

02

Long-term contract

Annual or multi-year agreements with monthly billing, WPS payroll and a joint monthly service review. Rates fixed for the term, with a transparent escalation mechanism beyond twelve months.

Best for: owners and operators with a continuing requirement.

Billed: monthly fee against an agreed schedule and standard.

03

Time & material

A framework with fixed rates by trade and grade, drawn down by purchase order as you need people. No minimum volume and no commitment to take anyone you have not asked for.

Best for: recurring but unpredictable demand.

Billed: rate card, per day or per man-month as drawn.

04

Shutdown & turnaround

Certified surge crews for plant shutdowns, turnarounds and seasonal peaks — pre-inducted, mobilised to the window and demobilised cleanly on completion.

Best for: energy and industrial clients with a hard date on both ends.

Billed: campaign rate, with day-rate extension terms agreed up front.

05

Supervisory placement

Experienced foremen, chargehands, site engineers and safety officers placed to strengthen a team you already have, rather than replace it.

Best for: teams that have the hands but not the control layer.

Billed: per man-month or on direct-hire introduction terms.

Subcontracted scope

Where you would rather hand over a defined package entirely — cleaning of a building, a civil package, a fit-out area — we deliver it to programme under our own supervision, method statements and quality control, and you manage an outcome instead of a crew.

Billed: lump sum or bill of quantities.

What a rate includes

Priced once, so the invoice matches the quotation

Every rate we quote is built from seventeen cost elements, whether or not each one is visible to you. That is why our rates are sometimes not the lowest on the table and always the ones that hold.

Commercial terms

Plain and unmysterious

Payment terms

Monthly invoicing in arrears against client-signed timesheets or service reports. Standard terms 30 days from invoice.

Volume

Long-term and high-volume commitments attract a rate benefit. We will tell you the threshold rather than make you negotiate to find it.

Quotation turnaround

A written rate schedule the same working day we receive a complete requisition.

Letters of credit

Our registration covers the trading activity needed where a client settles service contracts through documentary credit. Discuss the structure with us before raising the LC.

Buyers do not all buy the same way. We would rather tell you which model costs you least, including when that is not the one we would rather sell.

Tell us what you need and when you need it

Send the trade, the headcount, the site and the start date. You get a rate schedule back, not a brochure.
