Trade testing and induction
Before deployment

What every worker has behind him before he reaches you

  • Practical trade test against the standard for the trade, with the result recorded and available to you.
  • Document and reference verification — certificates checked, not photocopied and filed.
  • Medical fitness, biometrics, residence and work permits handled by our own PRO team.
  • Health insurance active before the residence permit is issued — employer paid, in full, as the law requires.
  • Company and client induction, PPE issued against signature, accommodation and transport allocated.
  • Day-seven competence review with you. Rejections replaced without additional charge.

Mobilisation

48–72 hours

Standard trades already in Qatar, documented and medically cleared. Certified specialists 2–4 weeks; overseas 6–8 weeks.
