White-collar & professional

Degree-qualified and professionally certified people for the jobs that sit above the tools — for contract, secondment or permanent placement.

Disciplines

Qualified people, verified before you ever see the CV

Most manpower companies treat white-collar as an afterthought — one line in an FAQ. We do not. These are the roles that decide whether a project is controlled or merely busy, and we recruit them with the same discipline we apply to trades.

Trade-tested before deployment. We do not bill a helper as a tradesman — and we will tell you when the man you want is not the man you need.

How we screen

Four gates before a candidate reaches your interview

Certificate attestation

Qualifications verified and attested — not accepted on the strength of a scan.

Reference checks

Previous employers contacted directly, with the reason for leaving established.

Technical interview

Conducted by a specialist in the candidate's own discipline, not by a generalist recruiter.

Client interview

You make the final decision. Nothing is placed on your project without your written approval.

Placement terms

Three ways to take a professional

Secondment on our employment

The person works to your direction on your project. We remain the employer and carry visas, WPS payroll, insurance and end-of-service. The cleanest option for fixed-duration project roles.

Fixed-term contract staffing

Contracted for a defined term against a defined scope, with an agreed extension mechanism.

Direct-hire introduction

The candidate joins your payroll directly. Fee on placement, with a replacement period if it does not work out.
